Handle, manage, and represent management in all legal matters, claims, litigation, dispute resolution proceedings, and commercial negotiations for the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and represent company management in legal matters, claims, litigation, dispute resolution, and commercial negotiations to protect company interests
- Review project progress and advise the Project Team on contractual rights and obligations related to contentious issues
- Coordinate internally to ensure full understanding and compliance with contractual requirements across teams
- Oversee main contract awards and negotiate commercial terms and conditions for new or amended contracts
- Perform quantity take-offs and verify measurements for accuracy in project documentation
- Invite and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings
- Collaborate effectively within the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
