Cur client is a growing and reputable A1 main contractor in Singapore, specialising in design-and-build and fast-track construction projects. With a strong track record in delivering quality projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, the company offers a dynamic environment for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of Quantity Surveying duties for assigned projects
- Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions
- Handle subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, and award
- Review and certify progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
- Monitor project cost control and cash flow forecasting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate commercial risks
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent
- Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience with MAIN CONTRACTOR in Singapore
- Proven experience in handling projects independently
- Strong knowledge of contract administration (e.g., SIA / PSSCOC)
- Good understanding of local construction practices and regulations
