What You'll Do
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Develop and analyze project costings to support tenders and budgets.
- Provide guidance on contracts, claims, and procurement strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track variations, and prepare detailed reports.
- Value completed work and manage progress claims efficiently.
- Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
- Support presentations with catalogues, sample boards, and materials.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the team and project goals.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential and industrial projects.
- Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Singapore's health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in costing and budgeting software/tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
