Responsibilities
Lead the full tender process, including cost estimation, tender submissions, negotiations, and client presentations
Prepare cost plans, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the tender process
Review value engineering proposals and evaluate their cost implications
Monitor tender performance, market pricing trends, and prepare related reports
Lead, guide, and mentor tender team members to ensure project efficiency and quality
Support contract administration activities, including contract reviews, claims, and dispute resolution matters
Requirement
At least 5 years experience in Tender Management, QS or Contract Management in Electrical Construction Project
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering, QS, and contracts
Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese Speaking counterparts
Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese Speaking counterparts
