Job Descriptions
. Administer, review and manage main contracts, subcontracts and consultancy agreements in accordance with authority requirements and contract conditions.
. Prepare, evaluate and negotiate cost estimates, Variation Orders (VOs), claims, EOTs and final accounts for both underground and viaduct work.
. Monitor and control project budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
. Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
. Ensure full compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, safety standards and company policies.
. Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial and financial performance.
. Maintain complete and accurate contract records, correspondence, variation registers and change management documentation.
. Oversee tender documents, manage contracts/sub-contracts, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and construction law.
. Lead tender submissions and procurement processes.
. Mentor the other QS in the department.
Job Requirements:

2. Minimum Experience: 10 years
3. Qualification: Degree
4. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
