Responsibilities:
- Prepare Electrical/ELV/ICT project tender submission such as Cost Breakdown, Quotation, Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Rates, Bills of Quantities, Tender Proposal and etc.
- Review all tender documents such as Drawings, Scope of Work, Technical/performance specifications and etc.
- Generate preliminary design and costing for Design & Build tender.
- Request and evaluate quotation from Vendor/supplier/subcontractor.
- Responsible for reviewing contracts and advice commercial risk.
- Drive contract negotiation and minimize contract risk.
- Responsible for continuously monitoring of contract deliverables and project milestones to avoid any delay and project risks.
- Provide contractual advice to project team over the project duration.
- Generate and issue Letter of Award or Letter of Intend to vendor/subcontractor.
- Manage EOT, progress claim, VO submission and final account with client/subcontractor.
- Manage and liaise with HQ finance department and bank for bank guarantees and performance bonds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the building construction industry in Singapore, with preference for experience with Electrical Contractor.
- Experienced in tendering for projects.
- Profound knowledge of local building contracts, contract negotiation and administration.
- Profound knowledge of Electrical, ELV and ICT systems.
- Strong legal/contract analytical skills with a good eye for details and sound knowledge of general corporate and contract law.
- Good organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities.
- Capable of autonomously executing tasks with minimal oversight, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and fficiently.
- Strong team player.
Education and IT/Software Skills:
- Microsoft Office.
- Basic AutoCAD skills are an advantage.
