Responsibilities:
- Prepare project budgets and perform cost control monitoring to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Conduct cost comparisons and evaluate project cost efficiency
- Assess, evaluate, and recommend subcontractor awards
- Measure quantities and perform quantity takeoffs
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and subcontractor payment certificates
- Prepare monthly progress claims and manage variation submissions
- Negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector, preferably with a main contractor.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
