Pre & Post
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and compile tender documents.
- Evaluate bids and negotiate with suppliers or subcontractors
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
- Process interim payment applications, claims, and valuation of variations.
- Settle final accounts and handle contract dispute resolution
- Guide, mentor, and supervise junior quantity surveyors.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superiors.
Job Requirements :
- At least 5-7 years of ID / A&A work experience in Singapore
- Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.
- Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Work well under tight submission deadlines.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
