Job Description

A rapidly expanding leading developer and operator in digital infrastructure is looking for a Senior Quantity Survoyer to strengthen cost management and procurement efficiency for their upcoming data center projects across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

- Cost Control & Compliance: Ensure consistent application of internal policies, procedures, and best practices for all construction contracts and consultancy agreements.

- Procurement & Contract Advisory: Support project teams on contract strategy, tendering, and procurement processes for construction and professional services.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors, maintaining a registry of approved vendors and ensuring alignment with company standards.

- Cost Analysis & Reporting: Advise on construction costs, market trends, value engineering, and risk assessment while maintaining the project cost database and producing regular reports.

- Financial Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities using financial indicators, benchmarking data, and market insights; assist in procurement of provisional sum items.

- Project Support: Contribute to feasibility studies, contract documentation, and final accounts while driving continuous improvement in cost control processes.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Management or a related discipline.

- 5 years relevant experience in cost control, quantity surveying, or project administration experience in data centre project is preferred.

- Sound understanding of building services and project lifecycles in the construction or data infrastructure sector.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (cost analysis, reporting, and data tracking).

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

- Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage
