Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager (Main Con, HDB Project)

. Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation.

. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information.

. Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts.

. Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process.

. Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities.

. Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.

What you will need

. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

. At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
