Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager (Main Con, HDB Project)

. Prepare and monitor budget and keep track of projects expenditures e.g. budget and cost control.

. Preparation of monthly progress claim.

. Preparation of project cash flow forecast.

. Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims.

. Preparation and submission of Variation Orders.

. Discussion with consultants on Variation Orders.

. Attendance of site/technical meetings.

. EOT claims preparation.

. Evaluation of price comparison summary.

. Quantity take off, cost estimation, preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.

. Lead and train Junior QS.

. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

. At least 5 years of relevant experience in full cycle of Quantity Surveying.

. Experience in HDBBTO project is required.

. Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantage.
