Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information.
Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts.
Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process.
Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities.
Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.
What you will need
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
