Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contracts & Claims Management)

Job Description:

• Manage contractual and commercial matters for construction projects
• Interpret, administer, and enforce contract terms and conditions
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate claims, variations
• Provide contractual advice to project teams to mitigate risks and protect company interests
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
• Handle dispute resolution, including claims substantiation and responses
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and commercial exposure
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements
• Support management with commercial reports, risk assessments, and recommendations

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in contracts and claims management
• Hands-on experience managing contractual correspondence, claims documentation, and negotiations
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal principles
