Our client, a reputable building and construction firm, is seeking experienced Site Quantity Surveyors to manage pre- and post-contract administration for multiple building and M&E projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile projects with strong career progression.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage pre- and post-contract administration of assigned building and M&E projects
• Prepare and review tender documents, specifications, bills of quantities, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support project, accounts, and finance teams
• Assist senior managers with daily operations and provide support in their absence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Resolve contractual issues, monitor project costs, and ensure projects remain within budget
• Evaluate bids, recommend contract awards, and negotiate with vendors for cost savings
• Oversee procurement, verify payments, and ensure timely payment collection
• Provide project cost and budget reports and handle final account closing
• Maintain project documentation and participate in site and project meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E/Quantity Surveying, building, or supply chain-related procurement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
• Resourceful, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
• Pre- and post-contract experience is highly preferred

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Depending on project (HQ / South / North)
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
