Senior Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

- Work Location: Jalan Tukang, Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
- Monthly Salary: Basic up to $6500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Oversee all cost-related aspects of construction projects, from initial budgeting to final account settlement
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims to ensure fair and accurate outcomes
- Provide cost control measures and financial guidance throughout the duration of each project
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution
- Ensure all activities comply with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant industry standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Building/Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in main contractor project
- Prior experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and related documentation is required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
