Responsibilities:
. Leading a team of QS to support day to day site operation.
. Managing the project budget.
. Identifying variation order and ensure V.Os are submitted on timely basis.
. Preparation and submission of main contract progress claim and coordination with site team in order to achieve monthly cash flow target.
. Evaluation of subcontractors payment and providing strategies for the control of the subcontractors variation order.
. Procurement of Subcontract awards.
. Reviewing of Subcontracts and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
. Preparation of Final Accounts.
. Attending site progress meeting, technical meeting etc.
Requirements:
. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or related field.
. Strong understanding and working knowledge of the construction industry, particularly with main contractors.
. Minimum of 8 years of related working experience in construction industry.
. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
. Process good analytical skills, and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment to meet critical deadline.
. Able to commence work with short notice.
