Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison and manage project costs effectively
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate withsub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
• Coordinate procurement related process between site team and HQ support.
• All other QS related job

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/ConstructionManagement or its equivalent
• 5 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration& variation orders
• Familiar with claim substantiation, cost impactassessment, delay analysis, and negotiation of claims under PSSCOC forms ofcontract
• Preferable experiences in large-scale Condominium/HDB projects.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical withexcellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able tomeet tight deadlines
