Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Assist Contract Manager in pricing and taking off measurement works
  • Prepare tenders and contract documents
  • Monitor related projects
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Site viewing and understanding
  • All other necessary admin works related to work scope

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma of relevant discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in civil engineering industry
  • Knowledge of Contract Law and SOP
  • Experience in contract drafting
  • Experience in contract administration
