Develop, monitor, and control project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.
Support tendering activities, including preparation, evaluation of bids, and contract negotiation.
Implement cost control measures and monitor project expenditures to prevent overruns.
Identify and support value engineering opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
Perform quantity take-off for materials, labour, and equipment requirements.
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with project teams.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide cost updates and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulations, and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Professional accreditation is an advantage.
Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Proficiency in cost estimation tools and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and numerical skills.
