Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
Be familiar with various stages of projects so as to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials.
Able to share new perspectives on cost, orders and claims.
With the understanding of the contractual legal rights, he/ she will be involved in advising the management on their position of the contract from the tender stage.
