Senior Quantity Surveyor (A1 Building Main Con, Iconic Projects)

Join an established A1 main contractor who is looking to hire Senior Project QS/QS positions. The position offers a 5-day work week, strong performance incentives, and opportunity to be part of major iconic projects in Singapore. There are multiple opportunities to be based at the HQ or based on site at project sites across Singapore.

What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for building projects
• Handle tendering process including calling, evaluation, and award of subcontracts
• Administer contracts and manage all commercial aspects of the project
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure cost control within budget
• Evaluate subcontractors progress claims and certify payments
• Manage variation orders, claims, and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams on cost-related matters
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, claims, and project costs
• Support project team in achieving timely and cost-effective project delivery

What you will need

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
