Senior Quality Specialist

The Snr Quality Specialist's main role is to lead quality reviews, provide professional development to various stakeholders including validators, centre leaders and educators to enable centres to meet and exceed quality standards. Beyond supporting the general understanding of the SPARK 2.0 tool, the Snr QS utilises data analysis from various reports—e.g. SPARK and QCCR—to identify specific opportunities to coach centre teams on the application of the SPARK 2.0 framework. This role is essential in developing resources and training sessions designed to uplift centre performance and ensure a safe, nurturing and high-quality learning environment for children.
