Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse,transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling,and packaging quality.Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to addressquality-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvementactions.
- Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevantregulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimize logistics flows.
- Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards andprocedures.
- Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) andprovide insights for performance improveme
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality, preferably in 3PL
