To set up and implement the quality objectives, policies, procedures and programs for the legal entity in compliance with overall companies quality systems, policies and objectives and local laws and regulations.

Manage and maintaining a quality control system, ensuring quality documentation, management of content, records, forms and work instructions in an accurate manner.
Manage and maintain the internal quality audit programs and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all quality audits and process analysis.
To set up and maintain the quality inspection methods to ensure the effective evaluation of incoming and in-process materials and components, production process and finished goods.
Conduct measurement and quality assessment in order to analyze critical processes, production and product performance.
Report to the LE/Cooperate executive management on the performance of the quality system, any non-compliance issues and recommended actions on time.
Ensure that products and services meet customer needs and expectations to fulfill corporate quality objectives.
Coordinate quality requirements between R&D, System Engineering, Product Management and Manufacturing wherever located.
Participates in new product design from beginning to end, and validate all company products ensuring quality and reliability.
Coordinates and approves sample submissions of new product and engineering changes.
Ensure as part of the change notice committee the validation of the Engineering change notice (ECN).
Ensure introduction of external ECN in its organization
Ensure quality of incoming goods, determine quality requirements for suppliers.
Develops and maintains a supplier quality index in collaboration with Procurement, utilizing statistical control programs, to assure that only high-quality vendors are retained.
To establish an 3rd party auditing program and lead or coordinate the compliance audits of third party suppliers, sub-manufacturers or distributors to control the quality of incoming materials.
Identify areas where process, product or service quality requires corrective action and when necessary, implement corrective action plans and monitor the effectiveness of the solutions.
Conduct studies to determine cause, effect and the corrective measure required to remedy the deviation.
Ensure analysis of Service report to detect products weakness
Developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting audits and inspections, managing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, leading safety training, investigating incidents, and maintaining EHS records and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering, electrical or mechanical, completed with a degree in quality management.
Professional certificates, must have QMS internal auditor certificate
5 years of quality management experience within a related industry
Good knowledge of quality management methods and tools such as TQM, QMS, EMS etc.
