Responsibilities and Duties
. Supervise and guide a team of QC Officers across all factories, including providing technical support and troubleshooting.
. Oversee laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and coordination with external service providers.
. Ensure timely calibration of laboratory equipment and proper maintenance of calibration records.
. Conduct and review quality control testing,and communicate any product specification issues.
. Lead investigation of nonconforming materials and products, including participation in root cause analysis.
. Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as directed by management.
. Establish, maintain, and update formulation and blending procedures.
. Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming raw materials and communicate issues to Procurementand Plant teams.
. Prepare and issue Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with GHS requirements.
. Create and manage Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished products.
. Maintain and monitor retain samples to ensure traceability.
. Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries related to quality control.
. Coordinate sample preparation and delivery in accordance with customer requirements.
. Ensure adequate resources, materials, and support are available for laboratory and QC operations.
. Maintain proper documentation and records for quality control activities.
. Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
Job Requirement
Education :Degree or Diploma in Science (preferably Chemistry) or Chemical Process Technology/Material Science.
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in QC within a chemical or manufacturing environment
. Experience in supervising or guiding junior staff is preferred
. Hands-on experience in laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting
. Ability to work independently and lead a team
