- Lead quality assurance operations at the Central Kitchen to maintain food safety and consistency.
- Ensure all products meet company benchmarks and comply with industry regulations.
- Develop and refine food quality and safety policies to align with best practices.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to uphold QA standards.
- Enhance existing quality control frameworks for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve customer feedback and quality concerns effectively.
- Validate that all production processes comply with QA standards and SOPs.
- Oversee the implementation of HACCP, NEA, and other food safety regulations.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
- Support product innovation, R&D, and process optimization activities.
- Work closely with the Chief QA Officer/Manager on assigned projects and initiatives.
