Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation testing strategies for a wide range of products, including: Web Applications, HTML5 / Web Canvas Games, RESTful APIs and backend services
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks based on product characteristics and business requirements.
• Develop automated tests covering UI Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, End-to-End Testing, Performance & Load Testing
• Design realistic performance testing scenarios and analyze system bottlenecks.
• Select the most suitable testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies for different testing objectives.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, and Designers throughout the SDLC.
• Investigate production issues and improve test coverage based on root cause analysis.
• Continuously optimize testing efficiency, automation coverage, and test execution stability.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish engineering best practices for software quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software QA Automation / Test Engineering.
• Proven experience building test automation frameworks, pipelines, and continuous testing flows from scratch.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.
• Solid understanding of modern software testing methodologies and automation design patterns.
• Hands-on experience testing Web Applications, REST APIs, Browser-based interactive applications
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
