Responsibilities:
- Develop tender strategies and handle tender estimation, including quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Prepare tender submissions, including qualification and quantification documents.
- Coordinate all parties to ensure accurate project analysis and prepare final submission documentation.
- Conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting, including evaluation and contract awards.
- Prepare development plans for clients, aligning with the Master Industry Plan (knowledge of industry trends and Design & Build Tender is preferred).
- Present tender submission proposals to management.
- Present submission proposals to potential clients/consultants and excel in negotiation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.
- Preferably with experience working for an A1 Main contractor.
- Proficiency in GeBIZ or other e-procurement systems is a plus.
