Responsible for implementing and maintaining QA/QC requirements for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing EPCM projects, covering the full project lifecycle from engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, commissioning, through final handover.
Under the Lead QA/QC Manager, ensure that installations, equipment, materials, workmanship, and quality documentation comply with approved drawings, project specifications, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), applicable codes and standards, client requirements, and customer's Quality Management System.
Practical experience in at least one Process Critical Systems discipline, such as UPW, WWT, Chemical & Slurry, Specialty Gas, or Process Exhaust.
Experienced in EPC/EPCM project environments, including construction, testing, mechanical completion, commissioning, and project handover, with the ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers, and client quality representatives.
Familiarity with Base Build and/or Tool Hook-Up projects is highly desirable. . Responsible for QA/QC of high-purity and specialty gas distribution systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Specialty Gas, experienced in gas distribution and high-purity piping systems, including stainless-steel tubing, gas cabinets, VMBs, gas panels, and bulk/specialty gas interfaces, with hands-on knowledge of orbital welding, weld mapping, helium leak testing, pressure integrity testing, purging, gas detection interfaces, and high-purity cleanliness control.
