Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute reliability and durability tests to evaluate product performance, lifespan, and robustness.
- Develop test protocols aligned with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal specifications.
- Analyze test data to identify failure modes, trends, and risks, and recommend CAPA actions.
- Support product and process improvements using reliability and quality data.
- Plan and conduct internal quality and compliance audits in accordance with ISO and internal standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and customer quality requirements.
- Design and manage company-wide calibration and metrology systems, including traceability to standards.
- Manage in-house and external calibration service providers.
- Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA.
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management or reliability engineering in manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret test data, identify trends, and produce clear reports and recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies including 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Training or certification as an internal auditor or lead auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
