Job Description:
.Able to plan, schedule and forecast procurement activities
.Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials for construction projects
.Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
.Invite tenders, consult with suppliers and review quotations
.Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
.Work closely with site personnel
.Generate Purchase Orders promptly.
.Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
.Provide administrative support to the office.
Job Requirements:
.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies.
.Min.4 year(s) of procurement experience preferred.
.Proactive, positive and responsible individual.
.Able to work under tight deadlines with strong sense of urgency.
