Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to coordinate and oversee contractors in the execution and maintenance of daily estate, horticultural, and cyclical improvement works at public housing estates.
Conduct regular site inspections, supervise contractors performance, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification of issues.
Manage and respond to residents feedback, including providing follow-up and call-back services after defect resolution.
Liaise with grassroots leaders to discuss estate maintenance matters and ensure timely follow-up on related issues.
Support grassroots leaders in the planning and execution of community events and activities.
Attend house visits, grassroots meetings, and upgrading project discussions, including those scheduled after office hours, when required.
Respond promptly to urgent cases referred by managers, grassroots leaders, or the EMSU.
Address residents feedback and service requests, and assist in managing arrears cases.
Perform administrative tasks such as sourcing quotations, issuing work orders, and preparing applications for relevant funding.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
ITE/Diploma Holders
Minimum 2 years in similar role
A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
People-oriented with a willingness to learn
Able to work under pressure
