Senior Property Executive (Reputable Developer, West)

Join a reputable real estate developer with a proven track record across residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. They're now looking for a Senior/Property Executive to join their industrial project.

What you will do

• Oversee the general upkeep of buildings, with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and security
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for company-managed properties
• Coordinate and supervise contractors on maintenance, repair, and renovation works
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants and business partners
• Address complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the handover and takeover of premises with tenants or buyers
• Actively participate as a member of the Company's Emergency Response Team (e.g. SIC, ERT, First Aider)
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

What you will need

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
• Min 3 years of experience in the property or facilities management function
• Must be comfortable travelling to the west area
