Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior Property Executive to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
The Senior Property Executive's responsible is:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a premium residential estate to ensure smooth and efficient site management.
- Coordinate and supervise vendors and term contractors, ensuring service quality, safety compliance, and timely completion of works.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify maintenance issues, and follow up on rectification works.
- Manage cleaning, maintenance, and estate-related services to maintain high operational standards.
- Support minor works procurement, including sourcing quotations and administering approved works.
- Verify contractors claims, service contracts, and ad-hoc invoices.
- Handle residents feedback, enquiries, and operational issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation, maintenance records, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and estate management procedures.
- Assist in emergency response planning and support ad-hoc operational projects as required.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of estate management experience
- Diploma in building-related field
- Good stakeholders management skill
