About the role
ZKTeco Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Manager (Senior) to join our Singapore team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project sales for ZKTeco's security and access control solutions - from lead generation and solution positioning through to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.
You will engage directly with end-users, system integrators, consultants, and key decision-makers to deliver tailored, value-based solutions.
Key responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of project opportunities within the Security & Access Control sector across Singapore.
Drive consultative sales engagements with end-users, main contractors, M&E consultants, and system integrators for projects ranging from mid-scale to large enterprise deployments.
Manage the entire project sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and successful closure.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to ensure solution fit, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery of bids and tenders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end-users to maximise account retention, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
Represent ZKTeco at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand presence and cultivate new business relationships.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
About you
Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or a related discipline with a strong technical understanding of access control, CCTVs and related technologies.
Established network of relationships with system integrators, M&E consultants, main contractors, and/or end-users in Singapore is highly advantageous.
Proven track record in project or solution sales, preferably within the security, access control, building automation, or IT infrastructure industry. Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle for project-based business, including tender and specification work.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, international environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
