Job Overview Krislite is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Project Sales Executive to develop and grow our lighting project business within the construction industry. The role focuses on project lead generation, relationship management with key industry stakeholders, and securing lighting supply contracts for commercial and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project sales experience, a well-established network in the construction industry, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from specification to project award. Key Responsibilities .Identify and generate new lighting project opportunities across commercial, hospitality, residential, infrastructure, and mixed developments. .Track upcoming construction projects and tender opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. .Develop and maintain relationships with architects, lighting consultants, interior designers, developers, and contractors. .Promote company lighting solutions to secure product specifications in project designs. .Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to project award. .Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. .Lead price negotiations and contract discussions with contractors and developers. .Coordinate with internal technical, procurement, and operations teams to meet project requirements. .Monitor project progress and maintain client relationships throughout project execution. .Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the construction and lighting industry.
