ROLE OVERVIEW
- Lead project teams to manage budgets, schedules, safety and quality standards of works.
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of multiple construction projects from inception through completion
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance and implement cost control and efficiency measures.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams and junior staff.
- Provide and present project reports, forecasts and risk assessments to senior leaders.
- Prepare and present Technical Writeout for tender submissions and evaluation.
- Prepare and present WSH, QC/QA for project execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, including large-scale or complex projects.
- Proven ability to manage budgets over $10M and deliver on time.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Those who do not meet the qualification will be considered for junior post and vice-versa.
