Senior Project Manager (Steelworks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of steelworks design and relevant Codes of Practice.

• Lead cost quantification and tender management processes

• Manage and execute structural steel projects

• Attend site meetings and provide progressive site updates to management

• Ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with job specifications and within budget and time schedules

• Manage foreign workers and handle manpower allocation

• Independent, resourceful and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and commitment to project success

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural steel project management

• Strong expertise in contract administration including managing project variations
