Senior Project Manager, RCM, Cisco Operations, Contract Logistics, APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects spanning RCM, contract logistics, and operational transformation across APAC.

• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource forecasts to ensure successful execution and delivery.

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, including operations, IT, supply chain, finance, and external partners, to align priorities and execution.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, defining solutions, and overseeing implementation.

• Monitor project performance, report progress to senior leadership, and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

• Facilitate change management, communication, and knowledge transfer across teams.
