Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager(Main Con)General Building exp

. Liaise closely withsubcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities set guidelines andprovide expertise and supervision to the team

. Verify the overall list oferrors, construction detail and design, defects and variations based onconstruction plans and drawing designs before construction and or processingpayment to subcontractors

. Manage people andorganisational functions such as perform on-the-job coaching and to trackemployees productivity.

. Plan, forecast and tracksub-contractors work progress, provide weekly scheduling and conduct dailycoordination meeting to ensure project target timeline are met bysub-contractors, including logistic arrangement for daily operation needs.

. Drive continuousimprovement initiatives

Job Requirements :

. Possess a degree in CivilEngineering with at least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferablywith a main contractor

. Experience in managingdeliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs
