Your new role
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Private Assets transformation project
- Assess current‑state processes, governance, and operating structures
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops and working groups to drive clarity, alignment, and decision making
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years experience in project management
- Proven experience within Investment Management or Asset Management (exposure to Private Assets, e.g. Private Equity or Private Credit, would be ideal
- Demonstrated experience delivering operating model design or transformation initiatives
- Experience delivering governance frameworks, operating model change, or regulatory driven initiatives
