Senior Project Manager (M&E Engineering), Facilities Development

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and development of healthcare infrastructure facilities. Manage projects from proposal stage to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct feasibility studies and develop master plans, along with budget proposals. Handle design development, tender preparation, and evaluation processes. Supervise construction management activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience. Candidates with a degree in Building Services and at least 8 years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and operating facilities under strict environmental conditions, such as cleanrooms and containment facilities. Strong understanding of Building Regulations, EHS, and WSH requirements for infrastructure development. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, paired with excellent project management and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting. Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
