About the Role
Lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre fit-out projects across Singapore and Malaysia, with particular emphasis on fibre-optic infrastructure, structured cabling, white space deployment, testing and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Review designs, drawings, method statements, testing procedures and technical submissions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and direct fibre installation and testing works.
- Manage employees, project teams, subcontractors and resources.
- Control schedules, costs, productivity, risks and variation orders.
- Lead testing, commissioning, certification, defect closure and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, customer and OEM standards.
- Manage clients, consultants, main contractors, operators and equipment vendors.
- Support site surveys, technical proposals, cost estimates and engineering solutions during pre-sales.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Computer Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data centre construction, mission-critical facilities, fibre-optic infrastructure, structured cabling, telecommunications, ICT infrastructure or ELV systems.
- Hyperscale or colocation data centre experience is highly preferred.
- Certification in BICSI RCDD, DCDC, CDCP, CDCS, Panduit, CommScope, AFL, Siemon or Corning preferred.
