Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team and facilitate their ability to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of projects and on-site works.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of project plans and continuously monitor work progress.
- Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure all works are carried out according to the project schedule and meet stringent quality standards.
- Take charge of the planning, assessment, and implementation of comprehensive project safety systems and ISO quality systems.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients and consultants to clarify requirements; plan, monitor, and control the project through its entire lifecycle.
- Prepare accurate site progress reports, manage necessary documentation, and actively participate in daily site meetings.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues effectively and efficiently.
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of 18 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 10 years of dedicated project management experience handling local projects.
- Strong technical acumen paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter possessing strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently within a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of excellent project management capabilities and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
