We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong techno-functional expertise in Investment Banking and Retail Banking. The ideal candidate will drive large-scale transformation initiatives, lead Agile teams, and deliver high-impact projects across digital and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale banking and financial systems
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements (KYC, onboarding, etc.)
- Deliver process automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee system upgrades, patch lifecycle management, and infrastructure improvements
- Ensure successful implementation of data reporting, BI dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Track KPIs, monitor project performance, and provide regular reporting
- Handle stakeholder communication, escalations, and governance
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management within Banking/Financial Services
- Proven experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- Strong expertise in Investment Banking / Retail Banking domain
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects
- Hands-on experience with process automation and digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of KYC, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in QA, test management, and process improvement is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
