Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Project Manager to lead high-profile projects, oversee end-to-end delivery, and ensure seamless execution while upholding ID21's commitment to quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from concept through completion to deliver on time, within budget, and aligned with project scope
• Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure smooth collaboration
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to optimize project performance and mitigate risks
• Deliver compelling presentations and pitch project proposals to clients and stakeholders to secure approvals and foster buy-in
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain quality and safety.
• Drive client satisfaction by proactively communicating project status, addressing challenges, and implementing effective problem-solving strategies

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in project management within interior design, architecture, or construction, demonstrated by a minimum of 5 years for Project Manager or 10 years for Senior Project Manager roles
• Knowledge of Singapore's building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout project delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Building and Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills applied in client-facing and stakeholder engagement contexts
• Proficiency in project management tools to plan, track, and report project progress efficiently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment by adapting to changing priorities and driving innovation
