We are partnering with a leading global design consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager with a strong interior design background for a major, high profile, hospitality interiors project based in Singapore. This role requires a seasoned project leader capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing deliverables, and guiding a complex design process through to delivery.
You will represent the design firm throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that design excellence, technical rigour, and project objectives align consistently.
As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the design firm's project deliveryoverseeing coordination, workflows, communication, and issue resolution across all phases.
You'll work closely with client-side stakeholders, operators, consultants, and the internal design team to maintain momentum and safeguard design intent.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design firm's project delivery for a large-scale hospitality interior environment.
- Coordinate internal design teams (interiors, architecture, FFE, lighting, and specialist disciplines).
- Serve as the primary daytoday contact point for clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage design workflows, deliverables, schedules, and resource planning.
- Ensure design intent is consistently maintained through technical coordination and construction stages.
- Facilitate design reviews, decision-making processes, and crossteam alignment.
- Identify risks, resolve coordination challenges, and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee documentation control, reporting, and project tracking for internal and client teams.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of experience in interior design, interior architecture, or architecture with strong project leadership exposure.
- Proven experience in hospitality, luxury, or other highspec interior environments.
- Strong understanding of design and construction processes within Singapore.
- Skilled in consultant coordination, stakeholder management, and technical integration.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial and operational realities.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable leading large, complex projects within fastmoving environments.
