Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for Project Management of Firmware for Microcontroller-based products serving our PSI Business Line for DC/DC Module, Digital controllers, etc.
- Manage diverse project team and take ownership to provide Firmware developed and released in time, at cost, with a defined scope and in committed quality
- Align requirements (functionality, quality, schedule, budget...)with stakeholders
- Be in charge of project planning (resource, schedule, technical deliverables), tracking schedule, cost and status reporting
- Take care of close co-operation and interaction with multiple, internal and external stakeholders
- Be responsible for handling end-to-end firmware deliveries in a high-paced environment for complex Microcontroller
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electrical/Electronics/Software/IT Engineering or similar
- More than 8+ years of work experience and at least more than 5 years of experience in project management (ideally in the Semiconductor industry)
- A certification in Project Management IPMA-C
- Know-how and interest in Project Methodology development and strong technical background in software tools and electronics
- An ambitious attitude and be able to manage risk in a challenging environment
- Willingness to Strive for excellence: think in solutions, improve continuously, execute efficiently
- Embedded systems and solution knowledge (e.g., Software, Firmware, Hardware and Boards)
- Fluent English communication and presentation skills
