Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee various renovation and construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all project objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, development, and QA, to execute project tasks and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of local working experience, including experience as a main contractor and renovation contractor.
- Proven project experience with condominium projects valued at over $300 million and HDB projects comprising at least 1200 units.
- Bachelor's degree from a local university in a related field, preferably Construction Management.
- Background in M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) coordination.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex challenges.
- Must be able to drive workers to and from the job site.
- Must be able to create CAD drawings for clients and consultants.
