Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of Vision AI and AI-powered software projects across Singapore and global markets. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment and go-live, while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, resource management, and execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Oversee project phases including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, UAT, and commissioning.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, implementation partners, and project stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities and project scoping efforts.
• Collaborate with regional and overseas teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering customer-facing IT or software projects.
• Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding SGD250K and/or teams of 4+ man-years.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and partner management skills.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-phase projects under tight timelines.
• Exposure to AI, Vision AI, software development, or related technologies is a plus.
